Tadacip

Tadacip is the generic variant of Cialis and is manufactured by the Indian pharmaceutical giant Cipla. It contains the same active compound (Tadalafil) as Cialis, and is available as a pill in 10mg and 20mg doses. This drug is used primarily in the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction(ED) in men. It is taken on an as needed basis. In different doses it can also be used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension. The U.S. FDA approved Tadalafil for use as a treatment for Erectile Dysfunction (ED) in the U.S. in November 2003.

Tadacip® is often referred to as the "weekend pill" because it can last for 36 hours. Only one pill should be taken a day and at least 24 hrs between doses. An erection does not occur by simply taking a Tadacip pill. A man must take the pill and wait the required amount of time (approx 30 minutes), this gives the pill time to dissolve and be absorbed through the stomach lining and into the blood stream. The man must be sexually aroused to experience an erection.

The erection will only be maintained if the veins that allow for the drainage of blood back into the abdominal cavity are constricted, thereby effectively sealing the blood in the penis until ejaculation occurs. Tadacip works by assisting men with Erectile Dysfunction by allowing blood to easily flow into the penis and constricting the drainage veins. After a man ejaculates and the seminal fluid is discharged the penis returns to its previous soft state.

About Penile Erection and Tadacip Action

Body parts will only move after nerve receptors located in the muscles receive an electrical impulse from the brain and contract and relax. This is not the case with the penis, as there are no muscles located in the penis. The penis will become erect only after pressurised blood is effectively sealed inside the penis and blood does not drain back into the abdomen. Located within the penis are two cylinder shaped fleshy structures called "corpora cavernosa" that run along either side of the penis. When these cylinders or "cavernosa" become engorged with blood an erection will occur.

Tadacip Clinical Trial

Tadacip(tadalafil) underwent rigorous clinical trials to decipher its efficacy in treating erectile dysfunction. In a fmous study about 440 men suffering from erectile dysfunction were subjected to tadacip 20 doses. As much as 86% men reported good erections after consuming tadacip 20.

There can be many underlying causes of ED, some of these can include;

High blood pressure (hypertension)
Diabetes
High level of cholesterol
Heart disease
Cardiovascular disease
Injury or trauma to the groin or abdominal area

As with taking any drug there are potential side effects. Some of the milder ones that are sometimes associated with Tadacip may be;

Stomach upset
Headaches
Backache
Difficulty with short term memory
Blocked or stuffy nose
Runny nose

Real Life Experience of the author?

I am a 50 year old divorced father of three grown boys (24 yrs, 22 yrs, and 19 yrs). I have been divorced for 12 years and during that time I have tried to have several sexual encounters and even tried to form 2 permanent relationships.
